Surface headphones no audio
WebSep 15, 2024 · Surface Headphones - No audio when plugged in with audio cord I'm having trouble getting any audio through my headphones, even when they are connected via audio cord. They say they have an 11 hr bluetooth charge, but I'm also not hearing audio when I connect via that method. I've turned up the volume. I'm not sure what is going on. Thoughts? WebBrand New Surface Headphones 2 from Best Buy. Right out of the box there is no audio from left earcup. I even downloaded the windows surface app and reset the firmware twice just to be sure. I've plugged in the 3.5mm jack to two sources and still no sound. Did I get a dud?
