I am performing a coordinate conversion from wgs84, lat, long, z (geographic in meters) to a South Carolina Nad83, state plane (projected, int'l feet) coordinate reference system. I have no Civil 3D data except AutoCAD points and surface breaklines. WebIt's light weight and makes coordinate conversions really.
